This was such a special trip crafted by the team of B2B Bali Team. B2B Bali Team was our tour planner and did a good job responding to our mini requests. Loved being in the sea and seeing islands and land formations we'd never seen before. Their hotels were gorgeous with fantastic rooms. It was incredible. Their services, pick & drop facility, everything went smooth and we enjoyed a lot. We also went to the famous elephant sanctuary and had so much fun to feed the elephants and know more about them throughout the experience. We even got to “cook” for them and pet them in their own habitat. Overall, it was a new process for us doing only online reservations through B2B Bali Team, but overall had a positive experience.
I booked with B2B Bali Team site; My Thailand Pattaya Bangkok trip, it was very good and memorable trip in life. Hotels were very good. Covered all agreed itinerary. Staff was very co-operative. Vehicles provided were superb. B2B Bali Team gives amazing packages and service is also good. Good. Skydive , swim with dolphin , walk with Tiger , fun with orangutan , undersea walk , manhakhon skywalk , safari world , wax museum , haunted adventure all are very good experience, excellent arrangements by B2B Bali Team. First off, the trip I thought I was booking and what I got were not the same thing. What I actually got was SO MUCH BETTER. It was very easy to get set up with B2B Bali Team put together for me sounded amazing. My husband and I were excited for all of the tour activities we were going to be doing. But it wasn't until after we arrived in Thailand, had transferred to our hotel, and had gone out for our first day's activities, we were actually getting private tours and we would have a dedicated tour guide and chauffeur for the entire time we were in Pattaya. We were delighted by the food he helped us order and the level of service we received at every turn. Our time in Surat Thani was shorter but was also excellent. We did have different guides each day because our scheduled guide was ill but her coworkers took excellent care of us. To end a great trip our days in Bangkok were relaxing and full of time spent in the ocean. We would absolutely recommend B2B Bali Team as a travel agent.
We had a 4 nights trip to Thailand , 2 days in Bali and 2 nights in Bangkok. Our entire trip was planned by B2B Bali Team team. It was well a planned trip and included visit to the Tiger kingdom, Phi-phi islands, Maya Bay, viking caves, a dinner cruise in Bangkok, wild life safari and visit to marin Park. Our agents were Mr.Hitesh and Mr Bala who were very helpful through out our trip , they attended all my calls even if I had called them after their working hours. The hotels were good specially the one in Bali which was Andamantra resort which was spacious and we had an ocean view room , the trasnport vehicles also were good , clean spacious and comfortable. Hands down one of the the most scenic places we have ever been! Our trip to Thailand through B2B Bali Team team, was amazing to say the least. It was well planned, hotels provided were close to major city points, like pattaya city, Chiang Mai etc. Pick ups were on time and the coverage was very much wholesome. The on ground support was also very much engaging and knowledgeable and it helped in the smooth functioning and conclusion of our trip. It was truly a magical experience and a true savouring odyssey to Thailand. Looking forward to many more trips with the team of B2B Bali Team DMC.
Our trip was well planned and had an appropriate mix of adventure and relaxation. We were both so busy before the trip, and so we were grateful that B2B Bali Team team took care of everything. We didn't have to worry in the weeks leading up. Our guide in Bali was exceptional. The temples were amazing, the sanctuary tours were ethical and special, and the padi and sailing with local guides in Phi Phi was phenomenal. The Resort in Bangkok was exactly what we needed after exploring Bali and Phi Phi Island. We learned so much more about Thailand because of his storytelling. It was so peaceful, and the breakfast was beautiful. It was also nice to have transportation arranged to and from everything.

The tour is well managed and coordination is perfect. All travel vouchers arrived on time, car pick ups and drop offs are smooth. It was mind blowing experience throughout the tour I would like the mention few highlights of our tour. All the formalities like Visa, Insurance, Air tickets were completed before time. Relevant information regarding visa, air tickets day to day program, currency things to carry with etc. Throughout the trip stay was arranged in good hotels. The arrangement for food was better. The transport from stay to various points was good. The schedule given in the itinerary was strictly observed so we could enjoyed the most and observed culture, heritage discipline tradition costumes etc. from the countries visited.
